Once I transition out of this most excellent role, I can provide additional stories and vignettes capturing the sometimes humorous things that occur with information technology. While this was another turnaround role in a troubled technology organization, the support I received from Dr Watts and other senior administrators has been extraordinary. You will see much less politics, much less conflict, and a more thoughtful and structured approach to institutional leadership.
