We announced on 1 October Unlimited Adobe Creative Cloud for all students, unlimited Adobe Acrobat for all staff and faculty, and 3,000 licences for Adobe Create Cloud for staff and faculty. The announcement has been well received by the community.

I was fortunate enough to serve as keynote speaker for the University Business Technology conference in Orlando last week. I spoke on the topic of digital moments in the lives of our customers and how to delight customers so as to form an emotional connection with them.
